what is the height of the saloon cabin sole to under the hardtop bimini ?

1.9m/6'3".  Pretty easy to change by altering the length of the struts.

what is the difference in height between the WW hull sole and the saloon cabin sole ?

750mm/30"

That is the secret of the trimaran: the cabin sole is the hull sole. This solves the windage problem for smaller HP's and saves on deck structures . The analogy is most obvious with the centre cockpit models which also could have a hardtop bimini 40F style. The price to pay is a less convenient localisation of head/shower which are like a preambule to the bow bunks instead of their own room off the "hallway" like in the 40F and larger.
The major advantages of the HP is a single large tramp area .with deck seating arrangements Steinar style potentially on both hulls, the separation of functions of the hulls and useful space in the single "ama".
A serious limitation for a street legal width folding HP trimaran is the height of the lee hull which cannot be tucked under the overhang of the ww hull if masts taller than 7.5m are a requirement. But all in all this is not a serious issue compared to the folding trimarans as they need also some lateral space for the folding mechanism and they need that twice. But in width every cm in the saloon counts.
