Using the same box mold makes a lot of sense ... do the longer hull then shorten the box mold and do the shorter one.

Looking at all your comments, I tried many things for the lw hull to add buoyancy in the ends, final solution is really as you suggested to raise the bow ends without raising the middle :-)
The added benefit is that my mast bury is now very close to 1 meter. And by making peaked deck, total volume stayed at about 200%.

Remaining is to add the stem angle and correct the side curve as per generated shape. Could you send me the points data for the shape generated ?
Then time to test Rhino new v5 feature that generate flat profile to cut and assemble a 1/10 scale box mold in 3mm plywood... On the other hand I would rather practice infusion by making myself a foiling moth hull :-)
