According to a couple of private emails, people are (sensibly) waiting for Rick to enter so they know the ball park numbers.  

Part of the reason for the competition is to see the expected range of responses, so I have asked Rick not to discuss it on the forum until the competition closes and to enter under a nom de plume.  If and when he does enter, I will wait until there are other entries before I add his to the list.  

I have amended the prize from: 

The prize is a days sailing (racing, cruising or just hooning around) on the prototype which would normally cost $AUS500. You can use it,  sell it or donate it to charity.
