Yes 3parts seems like a better idea. It's a narrow garage so the diagonal is only 1m longer or so. Is the flow turbulent 2m from ends because of things like leeway, or would they also be turbulent while motoring in a calm seas tate?

I have the opportunity to buy a 25 foot 300kg cat, built by the owner in 2003, which I'm considering doing instead of this build. Size is like a C-class cat, but with a gennacker for downwind sailing. About 30m2 upwind, 60m2 downwind. Hulls are foam/glass. Beams and mast are carbon. It has an optional small pod/nacelle where 2 can sleep on mattresses. Faster than 30 foot modern trimarans. Price asked is 20.000 Usd. Does it sound like a good deal?
