Good thinking.  Pretty sure he will.  That would be a fun discussion to listen in on!

Laid up the bearings for the replacement mountings today.  30 wraps of tow x 4 instead of the 3 x 4 that are on the old one.

and please add fore - aft asymmetry in the graphics as in the original BL drawing - the lack of it as in all other designs freaks out non-proa sailors (and their significant others who before they buy a boat need to know which direction to sit in the boat when having tea - once bought and on board and the kettle is on the skipper can explain that the boat sometimes goes in reverse to protect the tea party from the wind)
