The concept of the Volvaproa (VP) is genius. Because of the spirit of the times it should be easier to generate awe with it than with BL, although the latter is genius too in its own right. It had only to prove the competitiveness of the twin rudder boards (with Kleen Breeze about to prove their effectiveness for cruisers).
There does not appear any bleeding edge with features of the VP except maybe the mast & boom which look so elegant (and vulnerable) in setup. Looking forward to the Frankenmonster VP rising from the epoxy dust of the BL.
