Not sure if this has been covered yet.

Plenty of stuff now about foiling sailboats around.

From a cruising (or practical ) standpoint it doesn't seem so far fetched anymore to me for it to become commonplace to go cruising using foiling.

I see production type small trimarans seem to be stably and comfortably foiling now.

It doesn't seem to much added complexity, cost or risk so could be realistically done by "normal" sailors.

So obviously if you are into Harryproas you may have done the same sort of hypothetical picturing of a Harryproa foiling.

If you had a good (more performance model) of Harryproa going well and launched for a while. Then it would be probably worth while trying foils too.

Make sure rudders are 360 deg rotatable. Then add the foil to rudder blades. Add another foil around ww hull area and why not?
