Hi.
I have been reading all this with interest.  Would be interested in building one once the bugs are ironed out and I have sold my existing boat.
One problem I see might be a show stopper hopefully you have already sorted this out.
What happens if doing a foiling jibe eg foils have been turned so boat is traveling down wind then sails are jibed. If this is not perfect the boat will touch down while travelling side ways. This would  lead to very sudden stop and numerous bad things would immediately follow.

Omission by ignorance of what will work is more precise. '-)  The ww hull foil is so it will foil tack and gybe, as per the Volvo requirements.  At this stage, I will be happy just to get it foiling.   If it does, we will think about foiling tacks and gybes and what is required to keep the ww hull up.  Current options are a T foil with wand that rotates to follow the water flow or a pair of angled foils, one for upwind, one for down.  Any other suggestions, let me know.  Not just for the foiling tacks and gybes, but for the boat generally.

Incidentally, voting closes tomorrow,   looks like it is pretty close.  https://www.facebook.com/foilingweek  Scroll down to "Stirring the pot"

The latest renderings do not show a foil on the windward hull. Omission by progression of insight ?
