One problem I see might be a show stopper hopefully you have already sorted this out.What happens if doing a foiling jibe eg foils have been turned so boat is traveling down wind then sails are jibed. If this is not perfect the boat will touch down while travelling side ways. This would lead to very sudden stop and numerous bad things would immediately follow.
The T foil under the windward hull will be mounted on a shaft with the centre of rotation well forward so that it will automatically align with the water flow. As long as the hull is going fast enough to foil, it will stay airborne. There is some potential to make this wand controlled causing the foil to pull down at a set flying height, thus increasing righting moment. Won't be on the original, but it is something else to think about.
