One proposal:
Why not make the "multi purpose seat" into a real nav station / indoor steering position and it could still have room for some storage/fridge/cupboard/whatever between the seat and access to the cabin?

Looks good! Seems that you have read carefully the earlier comments and proposals. I like the new salon layout. Couple of questions:
What is the inside beam of the lee hull at bunks?
Any developments on access to dock? Or in general entering and leaving the boat when not anchored and alongside mooring is not available?
