next to the earlier observation that it is a as close to a multihull as you can get I find it a challenging concept from a safety perspective.
We have seen quite severe accidents with foils - and those were usually protected / under the boat.
Now we will have for close match racing foils that will be flying through the air like swords waiting to hook behind something and the same is true for foils that protrude far on the side of the boat.
I tend to have big faith in people who are better sailors then I am but I still see a big chance that the AC-cat pitch poles and capsizes will get worthy accidents successors.
Surely it will be a fantastic next step in foiling innovation.
