Pictures of the hulls joined and the foils at http://harryproa.com/?cat=2    Since then I changed the method of attaching the athwartship beams to the fore and aft beam to make it easier to assemble.  I also  raised the mast in the middle of the tramp.  Given the temporary nature of the strings holding it up, it was quite stable.  With spliced dyneema lines instead of knotted polyester, it looks like it will work well.  An advantage of the staying arrangement is that any stretch lets the mast rake forward and cant to windward, both of which are good things.  Or at least, not bad things.

Today i made an outboard bracket, and completed some of the half done jobs.  Still a few to go (install the tube for the ww hull foil, build and install another quadrant, install the rudder kick up sheer pin and the rudder mounts, finish off the antitwist fastenings on the fore and aft beam, work on the foil finish and the never ending cleaning up of loose ends) but all going well, we will go for a motor this weekend or early next week and see if my beaten up old 6hp 2 stroke outboard is enough to make it fly.  My wife got a wearable camera with gps for Xmas, so we should have some footage and performance data.
