|     I'm here as an admirer of Rob's innovative designs and solutions, and building techniques, not to decide what boat to build.

And no one here cares to convince you of anything. We discuss boats, and some, it seems, are willing to discuss them with you.

No one suggested any different. You can build what you like. The question was, what are your requirements, that you keep referring to? If one of them is " 30' cat " then that's what it is. No one wants to change that. Its like your requirement for a slow boat. No one might want that requirement, but you seem to, and that's fine for you.

But if you don't want to share, that's fine.

I guess if anyone is interested, you have probably dropped enough hints in prior posts to guess as to your requirements.

I am not.

If you can't be honest and forthright enough to state what you mean directly, I loose interest.
