| Usually I would expect something simple like a tube shaft and bellcranks. But spoilers are not requiring of much to deploy, cable would pull them out, springs would take them back.
| This stuff isnt difficult and the 'clever' toys have been around since WW2.

The only system I can think of that allows 360 rotation and allows control articulation through it is a swash plate. But I am probably overlooking a simple thing.
