> So, there is not a lot of point in building 4 hull halves, plus the internal panels and shipping them to someone who will spend a couple of days gluing them together.  Might as well pay the builder a small extra amount to do this.  Or, build them yourself.  However, if anyone was interested in buying just the infused bits, I am sure the builder would supply them.

except shipping stuff around the country can cost a bit
and if its longer than 40ft it means an escort vehicle and someone to drive it
and it might need to be 'published' and only moved between certain hours

there is plenty of Australia that takes over a day to move long loads, and this is where it gets expensive. Overseas probably means engaging all that and the shipping brokers. It took 2 days and $7.500 to ship Zaya from Hope Is to hard standing in Adelaide, and comparatively that was quite cheap !

On the other hand, sheets are just a stack that will load on more or less anything, like plywood is

So I dont know, its just an idea, and to be adequately developed it needs a standardized panel size to make a stack, probably something like 10ft (3.2m) and half its width. This because its a size divisible to much of the boat but no reason it couldn't be say 15 or 20ft, except then physically handling sheet becomes the issue as does width,

Its ok if as an amateur you set yourself up for the possibility that you might be building a boat somewhere in your future. But I think most ppl do not. So you have to have space for both a table, storage and an assembly space. Ok you can say so do the table first, then remove it after the panels are made. But at that point you are more or less youve just reached the time when sheet panels would have arrived. ..... If you see my point ..

Anyways like I said just an idea, With the greatest respect you guys do some good work, you deserve to succeed,

cheers
