If doing a day kind of version of the El and not an out and out racing El.
It might be more comfortable to have the ww hull higher/deeper so that the angle of the cross beam is not below horizontal when not heeling.
It would be nice to be level at rest.
Maybe ww hull would also use the extra buoyancy for extra people.
And one of those seat back rests out from the ww hull to relax back against woukd make a more comfortable time of it.
And i guess small storage bin someplace.
And anchor cleats.
Probably a few minor additions to El sport plans.
Outboard bracket?

Should still go very nicely.
And not take long to build.
