Not that I ever would if it was illegal, but is is possible to mix 4-5 kgs of powder in a litre/kg of infusion resin. Makes it stiff to apply and very prone to runs, so a handful of Cab-O-Sil helps.
No. Would be interesting to try, but suspect it would not adhere as well as the epoxy so might not withstand scraping.
