Was simply thinking to blot through the tiller arm & run pipes through the beam to inside the ww hull with the electronics safely inside. I simply use my mobile phone or tablet with charts on deck.
For wind (and radar) I've previously mounted them on a pole about 8 foot off deck, worked well enough. Used the solid state ultrasonic wind sensor, which works great on a multihull. (Again, less moving parts)
I dont think we would need to flip anything but the pump direction, heading sensor and navigation light. The rest is relative to heading. Unless you want forward scanning sonar ...
