  :-)

  I also expect the resale value to be poor, unless the perfect buyer
appears.  That said, I also know the boat would be compared to other
multis in the same price bracket, and if it doesn't have a head and at
least double bunks, then those would be additional marks against it.

  The Dakota 32, Truewind 32, Reynolds 44, and Stiletto 30 catamarans
ran into a similar issue.  All good boats for what they're designed for,
but also tough sells when a used Corsair or F-boat for the same price
has a head, shower, and either a v-berth or a v-berth plus double under
the cockpit.  Only a lightweight catamaran fan who values deck space
would go for the twin hulls.
