|   I'd be happy with a 36" wide pipe berth in the leeward hull.  But

| because, as much as I love my wife, I like being able to roll away at

| night and get some air between us when it's hot out.

|   Plus, if I'm going to spend too much on a boat, I might as well
| address a perceived need others have, just in case I ever want to

| it.  It's the same reason we went with two full baths in the house we

| built instead of the 1.0 or 1.5 that would have been fine for our
| needs.

I was kinda expecting resale to be mostly poor, because weird boat.
You are betting that great accommodations offset that? Or is it an excuse to get a bigger bed?
