It is interesting. Is it not revisiting the idea that profiles do not really matter on low aspect ratio foils? In that they are all pretty much the same.

But honestly, the curves match so well, I wanna ask if that just happened, or did you have to screw around alot to find this output?

If rudder cannot have high AR profiles, then it seems moot.

Can a rudder have a high aspect ratio? Like is it reasonable to push the materials to that space? Or are these low AR foils just expected/the only reasonable option in sailing?

I mean, there are tricks, like bell shaped lift or winglets, but I dont know how they apply to a bidirectional foil. A flipper i can see.

Do any rudders use flaps at low speeds?
