Good summary from Rick.

7.5 knots seems a bit slow, thought boat like BL would get closer to wind speed?

Don't quite understand what is meant by balance.
You mean tending to round up into the wind or bear away, ie. Weather and lee helm?
Both rudders down and rudders situated apart and not too far from bows would mean it should have less of any sort of helm.
It is already tracking straight with the long straight hull, and square chines to should hold it more on course.

Not sure how balance changes fron schooner to uni.
Or are you comparing schooner to ballestron?

El camper, as I've said before will want to round up into wind if sheet on afr schoonef sail first.
So sheet on foresail when coming out of a shunt.

Tacking term can be replaced with shunt when descibing things like "tacking through so many degrees" or "sailing on a starboard tack" etc.
