I have been thinking the same. All parts must be light enough to be able to be carried, or rolled on a set of wheels on a trolley, on sand or rough surfaces

I think Expeditionarry is very close to what I would like (same as Mike suggests)

I also think demountable beams are better than foldable since the boat is 350kg, which is impossible to handle alone without a trailer. Each part must be less than 80kg or so. Ideally, For me, I think it should be less than 60, because I'm not a big guy.

I have a Dart 18, which is 130kg according to the spec sheet (but I haven't put it on a scale). I have the strength to roll it slowly on asphalt, and up the ramp on a good day. But after a tough day of sailing, there is no way, then I have to rely on help from others. Which is not always available.

An option is to have a small electric motor driving the wheels of the trolley. With a lithium ion battery it will not be heavy, and with a solar panel it will have "infinite" energy (although slow charging sometimes),

Doug,

Would Bucket list do this, perhaps with that pram hood?

Another option would be the entry for the woodenboat competition, which sounds like what you're describing.

Both should be able to be set up on a beach with two reasonably fit adults.  I don't know how BL is intended to be assembled, but I'm pretty sure I remember the woodenboat entry being designed with schooner masts that you could fit into the leeward hull when it's on its side on the beach, after which you'd right the hull and the masts by pulling down on the beams before securing them to the windward hull.

That design was almost enough to make me take the leap, but my family didn't go for the pram hood, pipe berths, and lack of a "proper" head.

I want something more than another El though.
About 12m lw.
8m ww.
But very little accomod.
And short masts.

I guess folding could do too.
