Looks super interesting and has revitalized my interest in a smaller HP. I suppose there are all sorts of details to work out like support structure for the top half, sealing the two halves while underway, design of the soft walls etc.
If the pod was launched and floated like a raft, it would expand the accommodation space. Maybe make another one without the footwell, carry them stacked then launch when at a quiet mooring. Instant second cabin doubling as a tender raft.
