Yeah I tend to ponder over potential issues at the risk of coming up with answers to non-existent questions. I'm just focused on how to go about doing things that are proper for best practices. And what I know can just about fit inside a walnut!  ;)


Those beams in my renderings.....my design goal is to eventually straighten it out, but at present they follow the contours of the original idea, which at the moment the beam's dogleg facilitates clearances rotating around the cabin needed to gin pole the stepping of the 36' masts. 

At some point I'll seek to straight it as soon I can finagle the cabin profile, vaka beam hole socket, ama beam hole socket, ama mast step bury hole, and ama beam socket hole. 

The entire enchilada is meant to be trucked to the launch ramp on a pontoon trailer, masts erected without need for a boom truck, and beams ends swallowed by the hull pockets while on a pontoon.
