Can the hull and every component of the 40EX fit within a shipping container without cutting up the beams, tramp or cockpit? 
The cockpit attachment to the ww hull would be done separately, but otherwise it all goes in a container.

Would a forklift at most be the heaviest heavy machinery to have for assembly/disassembly? 
Yes.  Probably plus someone to keep it balanced while you move the bigger parts around.  It could all be done with a car jack and a couple of skates if the surface was level.
