A simple question for starters. For the purpose of a full scale mock-up, what thickness plywood best mimic's an infused panel's capacity to be tortured? 

What minimum radius in an infused panel can a hand tortured curve be bent?

An example of the bend at it's most tortured is the quarter panels on the leeward side of the windward hull in the animations in the Folder called Flat Wrapped Hulls.
