Innegra appears to be a nice reinforcement. Where did you source the Innegra? Can you provide a link to a retail supplier with prices?
If you are building a slow boat then curves are nice to look at. If you want to go fast then flat planing surface are best, even if intending to fly on foils as that flat surface aid flying. Hard chines give cleaner flow separation with lower drag than soft chines.
