The plan we are discussing is 9' ww hull width, I think. Perhaps more if we extended it over the lee when folded.

I cannot see the fit of the lee cabin wall bench seats, walk way, and the box for the winches/anchors, all in 3'

I was playing with bringing the cabin wall leeward, around the cockpit more, making the cockpit more of a deeper pit, and morphing the cabin seats into the anchor box/cabin seats, with the walk going from the cabin door both 45° to the deck.

Because I think that can fit in 36"

But that breaks the toybox from a continuous box from beam to beam to two boxes with a third box in the center 'midship across from door' for the winches.

Perhaps make the box continuous and you just step on/over it?
