The hull has to be wider at counter height to accommodate an oven within it's galley width. Hull is taller than standing height to allow for storage/water/batteries below the floor and increase bridgedeck height above the WL. Therefore, utilizing a trapezoid profile was chosen to minimize prismatic coefficient and that's why I V'd the hull.
