I tried replying a couple of days ago, but seem to have failed.
The one big infusion I did about 8 years ago, I just used barbed plastic fittings from Home Depot (USA), and it worked fine. I also got a bunch of my supplies online from https://www.fibreglast.com/category/Vacuum_Fittings
